Yes there were some cancellations with hygienist but she was worth the wait. I also had work done by Dr. Wahab. I am a very nervous patient and he went out of his way to make me feel calm and relaxed. The surgery is new, furnished with up todate, modern equipment. Everyone from receptionist up very accommodating, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate recommending this practise to anyone. Very happy.
Really disappointed - I first booked an appointment with the hygienist, it was rescheduled 3 times until it finally happened - I booked a second appointment which was scheduled this morning, when I arrived at the practise, I was told there were a technical issue and couldn't get my treatment...I have no problem with the hygienist or the people working here, they are all really nice but the practise itself doesn't seem to be ready to receive patients - one of the reason my appointment was rescheduled in first place was also for a technical issue - I have lost too much of my time, I will register in another practise - such a shame because the location was really convenient for me
I have called the practice a few weeks ago to book an appointment and the staff on reception are very polite and helpful. They hadn't opened yet and the lady asked if she could take my details and would call me once they were up and running to book me in for a check up. I then got a call the other week and was booked in. I have now been to see the dentist he is very professional and it looks amazing inside with all the latest technology. I don't like going to see the dentist but he was really good and I would definitely recommended to my friends and family.
Tried phoning the practice several times, no answer at all. I am quite local to this practice, but it was closed each time I passed by. Not sure how other patients managed to be seen already and be so happy!
So excited about this surrey dental practice, registered my family there, great service ,looks amazing from inside, they used latest techology and equipemetns in dentistry ,also the dentist is highly experienced dentist
